On the above date, Ofc. Armington was dispatched to Christian St. in reference to someone trespassing. Upon arrival, Ofc. Armington met with complainant, who stated suspect kept coming back to her house after being told he needed to leave because of the ban notice on him. Ofc. Armington spoke with suspect, who admitted to going to her house. He was issued a summons for Remaining After Forbidden.
On the above date, Ofc. Barnes was dispatched to S. Pardue regarding theft of property. Upon arrival, Ofc. Barnes met with complainant, who stated that suspect had stolen his keys. Suspect handed a set of keys to Ofc. Barnes, who returned them to complainant, who later discovered his car key was not on the key ring. Ofc. Barnes returned to suspect and placed him under arrest. Suspect was issued a summons for Theft.

On the above date, Deputy Chief Hart observed suspect urinating in the parking lot of Wal-Mart. Suspect was arrested and issued a summons for Obscenity.

On the above date, Ofc. McDaniel initiated a traffic stop on S. Pardue. Driver was issued a citation for Running a Stop Sign.
On the above date, Ofc. Carroll and Ofc. Davis initiated a traffic stop N. Pine. Driver was issued a citation for Running a Red Light.

On the above date, Ofc. McCauley, Sgt. Fisk, Ofc. Davis, and Ofc. Reno initiated a traffic stop on W. Nevada. Driver was arrested for Unnecessary noise and issued a citation for No Driver’s License and Modified Exhaust.
10-8-2018
On the above date, Sgt. Fisk, Ofc. McCauley, and Ofc. Davis were dispatched to Legion Hill, in reference to a fight. Upon arrival, Sgt. Fisk spoke with Suspect 1, who stated he and Suspect 2 had been in a physical encounter. Suspect 1 stated a third party also got involved in the fight. After investigation, each was issued a summons for DTP by Fighting.

On the above date, Ofc. Crowson was dispatched to S.E. Front St. in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, Ofc. Crowson met with Suspect, who stated she and her husband, Suspect 2, were arguing and he threw a frog at her. When Ofc. Crowson spoke with Suspect 2, he stated she hit him first and wouldn’t stop hitting him so he threw the frog at her. When Ofc. Crowson spoke with Suspect 1 again, she admitted to hitting him first. Both were issued a summons for Simple Battery.
On the above date, Sgt. Alexander was dispatched to Wal-Mart regarding loud music being played from a black Cadillac. Upon arrival, Sgt. Alexander spoke with Suspect and was issued a summons for Loud Music.

On the above date, Ofc. Davis and Ofc. Ellis initiated a traffic stop on S. Pine. Driver was issued a citation for Running a Red Light.
