I want to commend individuals who were shopping at Cherry Street Market today. An elderly male was experiencing severe confusion as a result of dementia. Numerous individuals took time to try to help calm this man and help keep him safe. It was very positive and encouraging to see this type of support toward EMS and law enforcement, but especially toward this man whom none of them even knew. Great work Kalkaska and thank you all!

Addy got a very special gift and visit from the police officer that helped our family yesterday. His wife had made this bear and he stopped by to give it to Addy. It’s made from the police uniform. This really touched our hearts. It was a bad day but it’s nice to know that my little girl is being thought of and prayed for by many.
