We are looking for any witnesses or surveillance that was in the area of Lakeside Village Dr, east of Hayes, north of 19 Mile Rd, (in red on map below) on Tuesday, November 6th around 10 am. We have a Stranger Danger situation and need to identify the 2 black males in a black 4 door car, and to clarify their perspective of the incident. Please leave a message for Det. On October 1, 2018 at 0700 hours a Clinton Township woman left her vehicle running (14 Mile/Gratiot area) with her 4 year old daughter in the back seat. The woman went inside to pick up her son who was staying at the house. She then heard tires screeching and ran outside to find her car being driven away. Shortly after the theft officers responded to 14 Mile ad Gratiot, for a young child wandering in the area. Responding officers then took custody of the 4 year old child who had suffered a bruise to her arm. Clinton Township Detectives with the outstanding cooperation of the Detroit Police Department were able to identify a suspect. A search warrant was conducted on Helen Street in Detroit where the suspect resided. Macomb County Prosecutor Eric Smith issued a two count warrant for Spencer Dawaun Johnson, 26 year old of Helen Street, Detroit, MI. (see warrant attached). Johnson was arraigned at the 41 B District Court in Clinton Township and given a $500,000 cash surety bond. Direct all calls to Captain Richard Maierle 586-493-7857.

Detectives of the Clinton Township Police Department are attempting to identify a person of interest in an Attempt Unarmed Robbery of the Diamond Dot party store located at 20520 15 Mile, near 15 Mile and Little Mack, Clinton Township Michigan. This incident occurred on Friday, October 12, 2018 at approximately 1:30 PM. If anyone has information on the incident or recognizes the subject, please contact Detective Gilbert at 586-493-7845.

On Friday, September 7, 2018 Clinton Township Police went to Cincinnati (Hamilton County Sheriff), and took into custody Robert Marzejka, 24 years of age, on a Macomb County warrant for two counts of first degree murder. Marzejka will be arraigned via video arraignment at 1:00 p.m. today (Monday, September 10, 2018), at 41B District Court in Clinton Township.

The United States Marshals Service has arrested Robert Marzejka Jr, 24 years old on a murder warrant issued by the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office. The warrant was issued in conjunction of the murder of his sister Danielle Marzejka and her boyfriend Seren Bryan which was discovered on Sunday, August 26, 2018. Robert Marzejka was arrested in Cincinnati, Ohio at approximately 2pm on Wednesday August 29th, 2018. Robert was taken into custody without incident and is currently being lodged in the Hamilton County Jail awaiting extradition to Michigan. Robert Marzejka’s 1999 Ford van was recovered in Toledo and is being held in the evidence garage at the Clinton Township Police Station. The Clinton Township Police Department would like to thank The United States Marshals Service for their quick, professional and relentless pursuit of the suspect Robert Marzejka. The United States Marshals units involved in the capture are the Detroit Fugitive Apprehension Team, the Northern Ohio Violent Task Force and the Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Force. Clinton Township Police are investigating a single vehicle moped accident that occurred on Charter Oaks at Glenbrook in Clinton Township on August 28, 2018 at 0225. Clinton Township Police were called to the scene for a female laying on the ground. Upon arrival officers found a 21 year old female who had been riding a moped when she went to the ground and suffered fatal injuries. The Clinton Township Police Dept. is looking for the pictured individual and vehicle in regards to a double homicide that occurred on Culver St. on Aug. 26. The person of interest is Robert Leo Marzejka, 24. He is reportedly driving a 1999 white Ford van.
