UPDATE: Found. Thanks all! Please keep an eye out for 2 lost dogs.. Rocky (poodle x Bichon,) and Layla (Chihuahua x Bichon). Both are small white dogs. Just a friendly reminder that it is supposed to snow tonight...a lot! If it snows more than an inch, please remember not to park in the streets until after they are plowed curb to curb. Also the street deparment is asking people to try to stay out of the downtown area between 5 and 7 am tomorrow morning so they can plow the streets efficiently. Thank you!

K9 Caesar’s Retires: Friday March 2, 2018 was K9 Caesar’s last working day with the Gaylord Police Department. K9 Caesar‘s career started with the Steele County Sheriff’s Office in April of 2012. K9 Caesar has been with the Gaylord Police Department since February 2014. During his time working as a K9 he has assisted several other agencies in addition to the agencies he's worked for. K9 Caesar has been deployed multiple times for events like finding a suspect hiding in the woods, locating narcotics, and community events like displays at schools or our own emergency services open house. K9 Caesar always enjoyed being the center of attention and putting on a show for people. K9 Caesar will be enjoying his retirement with his family right here in Gaylord. If you see K9 Caesar walking around town, stop him and say hello.
