The Burnsville Police Department is seeking the identity of the man pictured below as a person of interest in a recent Breaking and Entering. Burnsville Police Embezzlement Investigation results in two Arrest Investigators with the Burnsville Police Department were alerted to embezzlement activities at Advance Auto Parts. After a short investigation two local men were taken into custody and charged. The two were employed at Advance Auto Parts and were taking funds sufficient to warrant felony warrants for the two. Arrested without incident were Bradley Keith Ballew, 21 of Burnsville and Charles Roy Evens 37, of Burnsville. Bradley Keith Ballew was arrested and charged with Felony Embezzlement and placed in the custody of the Yancey County Sheriff Office Detention Center under a $10,000.00 bond awaiting a District Court Date of October 31st, 2018. Charles Roy Evans was arrested and charged with Felony Embezzlement and placed in the custody of the Yancey County Sheriff Office Detention Center under a $10,000.00 bond awaiting a District Court Date of October 31st, 2018.

The Burnsville Police Department is seeking help identifying the female in the picture below. The car in the picture is the vehicle she was traveling in on the early morning hours of September 25, 2018 and stopped at the Faststop gas station in Burnsville. It is believed the female could hold information on a breaking and entering that occurred on this same night at a business in Burnsville.
