Unsuspecting employees of a Missouri-based Enterprise-Rent-A-Car were in for a wild ride when one of their co-workers unexpectedly dosed them with LSD. The suspect, who was only 19-years-old, was taken into police custody. So far, he isn’t facing any charges. The Prosecutor’s Office is now determining whether to pursue second-degree assault charges or possession charges, but they’ve already released the suspect. He is no longer working for the Enterprise store, and his name hasn’t been made public.

At least two of the victims, a 24-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man, were taken to a nearby hospital after they reported feeling extremely dizzy. Upon reporting their symptoms, the 27-year-old manager on duty immediately became suspicious. She told the two employees to go to the hospital while she decided to reach out to the police.

The manager reported to police that the 19-year-old worker had been acting extremely suspicious since he arrived at work that morning. Just prior to the two employees reporting their symptoms, she had noticed the suspect with a water dropper near her own water jug. She told officers that she did not drink from the water jug. When the police arrived, the did an immediate field drug test on the water, but the lab tests came back inconclusive.

The suspect was interrogated by the police, and he confessed to dosing his peers with LSD. He admitted that he felt his co-workers were too uptight, and he believed giving them the drug would give them “better energy.”
