The Associated Press reports that a Colorado man arrested outside the home of Taylor Swift in Beverly Hills was found wearing a mask and had a knife in his possession.

Julius Sandrock, 38, was arrested for suspicion of stalking. Swift wasn’t there at the time, as she lives full time in New York. Sandrock was released Tuesday, but no attorney information has been released for him yet.

A temporary restraining order has been issued against Sandrock to prevent him from possessing guns.

The restraining order states that Sandrock had a mask on his face and was wearing rubber gloves at the time of his arrest. He told police that he had driven to see Swift at her home from Broomfield, Colorado. He also told them he was on probation for firing one of the three handguns he owns in Colorado.

Police searched his car and recovered rope, ammunition, a knife and additional gloves and masks. Sandrock’s car also contained prescription medications. One of these, oxycodone, is for bipolar disorder, depression, manic episodes and obsessive-compulsive disorder, according to Sandrock.

This arrest follows the April 8 arrest of a homeless man suspected of trespassing at the same property. The man attempted to climb a wall at the property line after being warned by security guards. Swift was not home then, either. The man had to serve three days in jail for a misdemeanor charge.
