FOX News reports that a woman in Arkansas has been arrested for fatally shooting her husband over pornography. Patricia Hill, 69, called police and admitted to shooting her husband for buying pornography last Saturday. The call was made at 2:30 p.m. when Hill said she shot her 65-year-old husband.

The Hill home is located near Little Rock, and police arrived to find Frank Hill dead from two gunshot wounds to his upper and lower body.

Patricia told investigators during interviews that she came home and confronted her husband, Frank, in a shed outside. She also said the couple never had a physical altercation in the past. Hill stated that she disagreed with Frank’s purchase of a pornographic video and she canceled the order. However, Frank placed another order and she confronted him to ask him to leave.

When Frank refused to leave, Patricia retrieved a pistol in the house and came back and shot him in the leg and head. She then went back in the house and called 911 to report it.

Police do not believe this is a case of self-defense. Patricia is being held on felony probable cause for capital murder without bond. She is scheduled to appear in court next week.
