The Associated Press reports that a woman in Texas was posing for a photo when she shot and killed her boyfriend. In Austin, the woman is now being charged with manslaughter for accidentally shooting her boyfriend when posing for a photo where she pointed a rifle at him.

Autumn King, 20, is being held on $200,000 bond in Travis County jail.

The two were at their home on December 23 when the shooting occurred. King allegedly aimed the rifle at Eric Charles Allen, 26, while he was holding her cell phone for a photo they wanted to take to post online. That’s when King accidentally fired the weapon at Allen.

The death has been ruled a homicide by the medical examiner, and King was arrested Monday. There is no defense attorney listed for her yet.
