One YouTuber from Mississippi has learned the hard way to be more cautious about the things he posts online after he got arrested for his video channel’s content. In a social media post about the incident, the Rankin County Sheriff’s Office explained, “Beware what you post on social media.”

The YouTuber, 36-year-old Beau Alan Rogel, has a monetized channel on the popular video site with over 9,500 subscribers. The Rankin County Sheriff’s Office became aware of the channel when some of their officers were unknowingly featured in one video. The video, which remains online for public viewing, is entitled “YouTube Troll calls cops while on live feed in Shelby GT350 at 180+ mph!”

As the title implies, the video clearly shows Rogel violating multiple traffic laws as he recklessly speeds down Old Highway 471. A few minutes into the video, some Rankin County deputies pulled him over. Rogel can be heard denying any wrongdoing.

After seeing the video, the police decided to look deeper into Rogel’s social media history. They were surprised to find evidence on Facebook that clearly shows Rogel attempting to sell and trade various firearms. Rogel is a convicted felon, so it’s against the law for him to possess any firearms.

In light of this evidence, the police took out a search warrant on the suspect’s home. When they arrived, Rogel’s wife, Christina Ann Rogel, refused to allow them into the home. They produced a valid warrant, but she still tried to block them. In response, she was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Upon searching the home, officers discovered two weapons. Rogel was ultimately arrested and charged with both reckless driving and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The suspect’s 2017 Ford Mustang that’s featured on his YouTube channel has also been seized.
