We know At&t was not currently working so cell phones with that provider had no service. That means the 911 option on your phone is not working either. We want our community to continue to feel safe when things like this happen, so we are wanting to give you some options in case of an emergency and you are unable to use your cell phone. Right now if you have access to a different wifi provider, you still are able to use your phone even with the no service located at the top. Please try your best if you are able to, to go to your local fire department located at 303 W. 5th St. or your local police department located at 422 E. 3rd. or to a neighbors house if possible. (We know these options aren't always realistic in an emergency) If you are aware of the phone lines being down, please physically check on your family and friends that may need extra attention throughout the day.
