PARTNER WITH THE WARWICK POLICE DEPARTMENT TO RAISE FUNDS FOR: "COPS FOR KIDS WITH CANCER" November is the month where our male officers can put down the razor and see how much facial hair they can grow; female officers can experiment with color adding a steak of yellow to their hair or by wearing yellow nail polish. The Chief has once again approved a "No Shave November" for all its officers. To participate, the officer must make a $50 donation to a worthy cause through our FOP lodge, Cops for Kids with Cancer. Stay tuned--there is a competition for the three best beards. We will keep you posted. If you would like to partner with us, use the link below and scroll down to the Warwick Police Department patch and help raise funds for this worthy cause. Don't Tell Me I cant Park There!!! The Warwick Police Department is attempting to identify a female suspect and vehicle involved in an assault with a dangerous weapon (vehicle) that took place at the Mobil, 15 Jefferson Blvd., Warwick, R.I. The unidentified female suspect had gotten into a verbal argument with a delivery driver while in front of the Mobil. Once the female suspect got into her vehicle, she intentionally drove over several cases of merchandise destroying the contents. Just prior to the suspect leaving the lot, the delivery driver attempted to take a picture of the rear plate, CT registration 529-PLA. While behind the suspect vehicle, the female driver intentionally backs up, causing the delivery driver to flee to avoid being struck. It should be noted that there is no record on file for the plate with the CT Registry. The vehicle appears to have two black front quarter panels.
