10/24/18 At 8:18 AM, Deputy Lewis Wall was dispatched to PR 1530 in Midway, in reference to an animal complaint. Deputy Wall talked to both parties involved and the dispute was resolved. At 10:11 AM, Deputy Lewis Wall was dispatched to FM 1119 in Centerville, in reference to a report of harassing phone calls. A report was made of the incident. At 11:16 AM, Deputy Lewis Wall was dispatched to Henderson St. in Jewett, in reference to a report of a threat. A report was made of the incident. At 12:48 PM, Deputy Lewis Wall was dispatched to FM 1618 in Buffalo, in reference to a report of a loose livestock. A neighboring property took in the livestock till the owner could be located. At 1:56 PM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to LCSO Lobby, in reference to someone wanting to turning themselves in on an out of county warrant. Deputy Wood walked the subject around to Leon County Jail and turned them over to the on-duty jailer. The call was then cleared. At 2:05 PM, Deputy Lewis Wall was dispatched to Post Oak in Hilltop Lakes, in reference to a scam. A report was made of the incident. At 3:43 PM, Deputy Lewis Wall was dispatched to FM 1512 in Jewett, in reference to a report of a theft. A report was made of the incident. At 9:43 PM, Deputy Stephen Pate was dispatched to Heath St. in Normangee, in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and everything checked out alright. The call was then cleared. 10/25/18 At 8:42 AM, LT. Dee Craft, Deputy Bud Trammel, Investigator Tommy Page, and Investigator Don Craft were dispatched to OSR in Normangee, in reference to a disturbance. It was reported an individual standing on the counter at Arby’s and trying to fight individuals in the store. Officers arrived on scene and were able to arrest and transport the individual, without incident. A wrecker was called for the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. At 1:11 PM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to Main St. in Jewett, in reference to the report of a disturbance. Both parties were separated and an advocate was contacted. The call was then cleared. At 2:19 PM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to FM 542 in Centerville, in reference to a livestock complaint. Deputy Wood spoke with the reporting party and is attempting to locate the owner of the cattle. At 2:44 PM, Deputy Lewis Wall was dispatched to SB I45 in Centerville, in reference to a civil matter involving a towed motor home. A report was made of the incident. At 3:40 PM, Deputy Bud Trammel was dispatched to SB I45 in Buffalo, in reference to a stranded motorist. The driver was located and already had a tow truck on the way to pick up the vehicle. At 6:50 PM, Sgt. Jimmy Gifford was dispatched to CR 212 in Buffalo, in reference to a report of animal cruelty. A report was made of the incident and the owner was attempted to be contacted. At 7:42 PM, Sgt. Jimmy Gifford was dispatched to S. Commerce St. in Centerville, in reference to a welfare concern. The subjects were located and everything checked out alright. The reporting party was notified and the call was cleared. At 8:27 PM, Sgt. Jimmy Gifford was dispatched to CR 130 in Centerville, in reference to a theft. A report was made of the incident. 10/26/18 At 7:57 AM, Deputy Chad Hill was dispatched to FM 977 W. in Marquez, in reference to loose livestock. The animals were put back on the owner’s property and a report was made of the incident. At 12:31 PM, Deputy Chad Hill was dispatched to FM 3 S. in Normangee, in reference to a report of fraud. A report was made of the incident and this case was forwarded to investigations. At 3:22 PM, Deputy Jerry Nichols was dispatched to FM 39 in Normangee, in reference to a dispute over a vehicle. Upon arrival, it was explained to both parties that this was a civil issue and would need to be handled in court. The call was then cleared. At 4:38 PM, Chief Deputy Brent Walter was dispatched to CR 282 in Centerville, in reference to a loose cow. The animal was placed on a neighboring property, till the owner could be located. At 4:38 PM, Deputy Chad Hill was dispatched to PR 3280 in Jewett, in reference to a report of threats. A report was made of the incident but the reporting party did not want to press charges at the time. The reporting party was encouraged to contact LCSO if they had any further issues. At 4:40 PM, Investigator Don Craft was dispatched to CR 452 in Normangee, in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and everything checked out alright. The call was then cleared. At 5:55 PM, Sgt. Robert Kelly was dispatched to FM 1512 in Jewett, in reference to FM 1512 in Jewett, in reference to a loose livestock complaint. Sgt. Kelly was attempting to contact the owner of the cow. At 6:45 PM, Sgt. Robert Kelly was dispatched to Hwy 75 N. in Buffalo, in reference to an animal complaint. A report was made of the incident. At 7:22 PM, Sgt. Robert Kelly was dispatched to FM 542 in Centerville, in reference to a livestock complaint. A report was made of the incident and arrangements were being made for the animals to be picked up. At 9:30 PM, Deputy Kristin Shaw was dispatched to CR 225 in Oakwood, in reference to a livestock complaint. A report was made of the incident and the case was forwarded to Chief Deputy to attempt to locate the owners. At 9:58 PM, Deputy Kristin Shaw was dispatched to CR 456 in Normangee, in reference to a report of a threat of suicide. The subject was located at his family’s residence. The family were aware of the situation and everything checked out alright. 10/28/18 At 4:08 PM, Deputy Jerry Nichols was dispatched to SB I45 Feeder Rd. in Buffalo, in reference to a report of a stranded motorist. The subject was given a courtesy ride to the LCSO Lobby, while they waited on a family member to pick them up. The call was then cleared. At 5:01 PM, Deputy Chad Hill was dispatched to Michael Dr. in Buffalo, in reference to a welfare concern. The reporting party was notified that the subjects had not lived at the address for sometime and a report was made of the incident. At 6:29 PM, Deputy Kristin Shaw and Sgt. Robert Kelly were dispatched to CR 456 in Normangee, in reference to a report of a suicide. A report was made of the incident and Judge Grimes was contacted. 10/29/18 At 8:10 AM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to Hwy 7 E. in Centerville, in reference to a traffic accident. Deputy Wood helped on scene with traffic control, while DPS took a report of the incident. At 10:28 AM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to LCSO Lobby, to meet with a reporting party wanting a Criminal Trespass Warning issued for someone at N. Cass St. in Centerville. A report was made of the incident and a CTW was being issued for the individual. At 4:01 PM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to CR 343 in Marquez, in reference to a report of criminal trespassing. A report was made of the incident. At 8:57 PM, Deputy Stephen Pate and SGT. Jimmy Gifford were dispatched to I45 S. in Leona, in reference to a domestic disturbance. One was arrested and transported to Leon County Jail, for assault. A Victim’s Advocate was contacted. 10/30/18 At 7:41 AM, Deputy Lewis Wall was dispatched to PR 3065 in Buffalo, in reference to a theft of copper. A report was made of the incident and this case is still active. At 9:46 AM, Deputy William Goodwin was dispatched to CR 386 in Marquez, in reference to a report of fraud. A report was made of the incident and this case is pending for further investigations. At 5:18 PM, Deputy Bud Trammel was dispatched to N. Adkinson in Jewett, in reference to a report of an agency assist. Deputy Trammel stayed on scene while needed by the agency, then the call was cleared. At 7:12 PM, Deputy Stephen Pate was dispatched to PR 1464 in Centerville, in reference to an unwanted person. One was arrested and transported to Leon County jail for Criminal Trespassing. 10/17/18 At 2:49 PM, Deputy Chad Hill was dispatched to W. St. Mary St. in Centerville, in reference to a theft. The suspect was contacted and returned the stolen property. They were then written a citation for theft of property. The call was then cleared. At 5:02 PM, Deputy Jerry Nichols was dispatched to LCSO Lobby, in reference to someone turning themselves in on a local warrant. The subject was walked to the jail and booked in, without incident. At 7:02 PM, Deputy Jonathan Stubblefield was dispatched to S. Center St. in Buffalo, in reference to a domestic disturbance. A report was made of the incident and this case is active. 10/18/18 At 12:50 AM, Deputy Kristin Shaw was dispatched to Gene St. in Buffalo, in reference to a report of a prowler. Upon arrival, the area was checked and nothing was located out of the ordinary. A close patrol was done of the area through out the night and Buffalo PD was notified of the incident. Two subjects were arrested and transported to Leon County Jail for Public Intoxication, without incident. Deputy Wall collected the belongings and they were stored in safe keeping at LCSO, till the owner could be located. A report was made of the incident and the reporting party is pressing charges in the county it occurred in. At 10:09 AM, Deputy Chad Hill was dispatched to PR 4311 in Marquez, in reference to a report of a theft by check. A report was made of the incident. At 11:57 AM, Deputy Dee Craft was dispatched to FM 977 E. in Leona, in reference to a report of 2 horses being loose. The owner was located and the animals were returned to that property owner. At 12:17 PM, Deputy Jerry Nichols was dispatched to CR 356 in Buffalo, in reference to an animal complaint. The dog was located and did not appear aggressive. A relative of the owner was found and advised to put the dog up, at which they did. The call was then cleared. At 3:56 PM, Deputy Lewis Wall was dispatched to W. St. Mary’s St. in Centerville, in reference to a vehicle complaint. A report was made of the incident. 10/03/18 At 7:27 AM, Deputy Jerry Nichols was dispatched to CR 392 in Jewett, in reference to a report of illegal dumping. A report was made of the incident. At 8:36 AM, Deputy Chad Hill was dispatched to CR 146 in Centerville, in reference to an animal complaint. A report was made of the incident. At 9:39 AM, Deputy Chad Hill, Deputy Jerry Nichols, and Investigator Michael Merchant were dispatched to CR 224 in Oakwood, in reference to a threat of a suicide. The subject was located and received assistance At 12:28 PM, Investigator Wayne Sallee was dispatched to CR 372 in Jewett, in reference to an out of state warrant on a violent offender. One was arrested and transported to Leon County Jail, without incident. At 1:40 PM, Deputy Chad Hill was dispatched to E. Main St. in Centerville, in reference to a request for a Criminal Trespass Warning. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the subject had threatened a family member with serious bodily injury. One was arrested and transported to Leon County Jail, without incident. At 4:02 PM, Deputy Jerry Nichols was dispatched to N. Cass St. in Centerville, in reference to an unwanted person. Upon arrival, the subject had already left the residence and a report was made of the incident. At 6:34 PM, Deputy Jonathan Stubblefield was contacted in the LCSO Lobby by a reporting party, in regards to threats being made at FM 811 in Centerville. A report was made of the incident and the reporting party was advised to block all numbers from that individual. At 7:28 PM, Deputy Kristin Shaw was dispatched to N. 7Th St. in Normangee, in reference to an animal bite. The reporting party was the owner of the animal and wanting a report made of the incident. The dog was going to the veterinarian the following day, for 10 days to be quarantined. The victim was notified and gave a statement of the incident. This case is open, pending additional information from the veterinarian. At 9:45 PM, Deputy Kristin Shaw was dispatched to Avant St. in Buffalo, in reference to a report of harassment. A report was made of the incident. At 7:58 PM, Deputy Stephen Dicker was dispatched to W. St. Mary’s in Centerville, in reference to a welfare concern. Deputy Dicker located the subject and everything checked out alright. The subject was given a courtesy ride to a safer location, while waiting on someone to come pick them up. The call was then cleared. 10/04/18 At 4:49 PM, Deputy Chad Hill was dispatched to CR 136 in Centerville, in reference to a burglary. A report was made of the incident and this case was forwarded to investigations. 10/05/18 At 12:05 AM, Deputy Kristin Shaw was dispatched to American Inn in Jewett, in reference to a request for assistance from Jewett PD on a traffic stop. One was arrested and transported to Leon County Jail on a Limestone County Warrant. At 10:11 PM, Deputy Stephen Pate was dispatched to Lassater St. in Centerville, in reference to a report of a suspicious vehicle. It was discovered that the animal was a family pet and was up to date on all their shots. The call was then cleared. At 4:58 AM, Deputy Stephen Pate was dispatched to the square in Centerville, in response to a report of a suspicious person. The person was located and everything checked out alright. The call was then cleared. At 7:20 AM, Deputy Bud Trammel was dispatched to Hwy 7 W. in Marquez, in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, it was discovered that this was only a verbal argument, and a Family Advocate was contacted about the incident. Both parties were separated for the night and the call was cleared. At 8:06 AM, Deputy Bud Trammel was dispatched to CR 270 in Buffalo, in response to a report of animal cruelty. Upon arrival, the animals were observed to be healthy and with food, water, and shelter. The call was then cleared. At 8:07 PM, Deputy Stephen Pate was dispatched to Hwy 79 W. in Buffalo, in response to an attempt of suicide. The patient was taken by EMS to the ER and was projected to recover from their injuries. This case will be forwarded to investigations. 09/05/18 At 1:44 AM, SGT. Jimmy Gifford was dispatched to Leon County Jail, to assist EMS with an inmate having a medical emergency. The inmate was transferred to Madisonville ER to be checked out. The call was then cleared. At 8:18 AM, Deputy Jerry Nichols was dispatched to Hwy 7 W. in Marquez, in reference to a report of loose livestock. The animals were pushed back into a close pasture that had an open gate to remove them from the roadway. The call was then cleared. At 2:06 PM, Deputy Tommy Page was dispatched to PR 1105 in Midway, in response to missing livestock. Shortly after arriving, the animal was located and a report was made of the incident. At 9:35 PM, Deputy Chad Hill was dispatched to CR 421 in Jewett, in reference to a report of theft. A report was made of the incident. At 10:02 PM, Deputy Kristin Shaw was dispatched to E. At 6:02 PM, Deputy Robert Kelly was dispatched to Phillips St. in Normangee, in reference to a welfare concern. An attempt was made to locate the subject, but it was unsuccessful. This case is still open. At 7:23 PM, Deputy Kristin Shaw was dispatched to CR 270 in Buffalo, in reference to a report of a missing person. Shortly after making the report, the missing person was located. The call was then cleared. 09/07/18 At 2:46 AM, Deputy Chad Hill conducted a traffic stop on I45 for a speeding vehicle. Upon running the vehicle through dispatch, it was discovered that the vehicle was listed as stolen. The driver was contacted and the vehicle was towed. Charges were not pressed and the occupants of the vehicle were given a courtesy ride to the gas station. The call was then cleared. At 10:20 AM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to the LCSO Lobby for a report of threats being made at CR 317 in Centerville. A report was made of the incident. At 12:41 PM, Deputy Bud Trammel was dispatched to FM 39 S. in Marquez, in reference to a report of a loose bull. The owner was unable to be located, and the bull was staying on a close property, till the owner could be located. At 6:31 PM, SGT. The vehicle was located and the driver was found to be sleeping, stating that they were just tired and needed to rest before driving home. The area was then cleared. At 8:58 PM, SGT. Jimmy Gifford was dispatched to SB I45 in Centerville, in response to a request for assistance to transport a DUI suspect for DPS. Deputy Trammel stayed on the scene while the report party collected their belongings and then cleared the call. At 2:25 PM, Deputy Stanley Rodgers was dispatched to Nassau Ln. in Hilltop Lakes, in reference to a report of a controlled fire being unattended. Upon arrival, both parties were separated and it was discovered that it was just a verbal argument. A Family Advocate was contacted and both parties were separate for the night. The subject was located and everything checked out alright, but MHMR was contacted and notified of the situation. 09/10/18 At 4:29 AM, Deputy Stephen Pate was dispatched CR 1464 in Centerville, in reference to a welfare concern. Upon arrival, EMS was contacted and transported to the subject to Madisonville ER. At 8:40 AM, Deputy Lance Ucci was dispatched to Adult Probation office in Centerville, in reference to an out of county warrant. Upon arrival, the warrant was confirmed by dispatch and one was transported to Leon County Jail, without incident. At 12:34 PM, Deputy Tommy Page was dispatched to LCSO Lobby to meet with a reporting party about illegal dumping at CR 496 in Marquez. A report was made of the incident. At 12:52 PM, Deputy Jerry Nichols was dispatched to Hwy 7 in Jewett, in reference to a report of a suspicious person. The person was found and everything checked out alright. The call was then cleared. At 2:47 PM, Deputy Jerry Nichols was dispatched to CR 290 in Buffalo, in reference to suspicious activity involving the reporting party’s front gate. A report was made of the incident. At 5:16 PM, Deputy Kristin Shaw was dispatched to S. Austin St. in Marquez, in response to a report of large dogs coming onto a neighbor’s property. The dogs seemed friendly and the owner was being located. At 9:54 PM, SGT. Robert Kelly was dispatched to CR 306 in Buffalo, in response to a child custody issue. A report was made of the incident and the both reporting parties were informed that this was a civil issue and would need to be taken to court. The call was then cleared. 09/11/18 At 5:42 AM, Deputy Jonathon Stubblefield was dispatched to Gloccomora St. in Hilltop Lakes, in reference to a welfare concern. The subject was located and everything checked out alright. At 7:18 AM, Deputy Tommy Page was dispatched to CR 289 in Oakwood, in reference to a report of a juvenile runaway. The Juvenile was located shortly after being reported. Juvenile Probation was contacted and the subject was released back to family to return to school. At 9:26 AM, Deputy Jerry Nichols was dispatched to E. Ward St. in Centerville, in reference to the theft of a vehicle. The vehicle and the suspect were located shortly after and one was arrested and transported to Leon County Jail, without incident. At 1:05 PM, LT. Dee Craft was dispatched E. St. Mary’s St. in Centerville, in reference to a report of shoplifting at Family Dollar. The suspect was located and EMS was called for a medic issue occurring due to cancer treatment. The items were returned and no charges were filed. The call was then cleared. At 6:35 PM, Deputy Kristin Shaw and Deputy Chad Hill were dispatched to CR 106 in Leona, in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, both parties were separated and no charges were filed. A Victim Advocate was contacted and notified of the incident and was going to follow up with both parties the next morning. The call was then cleared. Freestone Co. Sheriff’s Office ******** UPDATE : Missing Person ********* The Freestone County Sheriff's Office sadly reports that on 9/15/18, at approximately 7:32 PM, family assisting in the search for reported missing person, Danielle Fraga, advised they had located her and her vehicle off the roadway where she had obviously ran off the road and was in a vehicle accident. Ms. Fraga was unfortunately found to be deceased at that time. Due to being a vehicular accident, the FCSO will be assisting DPS in any further investigation. Our thoughts and prayers go out to family and friends at this time. Sheriff J. Shipley

The Freestone County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating a missing person. The following is information we have at this time: Missing Person: DANIELLE FRAGA Age: 23 Description: See Attached Photo Known Info: Ms. Fraga was last seen on Thursday, 9-13-2018, at approximately 9:47 pm as she was leaving from her home to go to work at the Quality Inn located in Buffalo, Tx. Ms. Fraga resides approx. 4 miles from her employement and never made it to work. It is said that she was wearing a green polo shirt that said Quality Inn on it with a pair of black slacks. She was last seen heading south bound on Hwy 75 toward Buffalo from South Freestone County. Ms. Fraga was also supposed to return to work yesterday, at 2:00 pm, but, again, never showed up. Ms. Fraga left home driving a Silver 2002 Mercury Mountaineer, License Plate FSS-8990. At this time, all information has been entered into the National TCIC/NCIC data base.
