Law enforcement in #Cville has not sought to utilize the First United Methodist Church in downtown Charlottesville. A messaging campaign making the rounds on social media indicating that officers have been turned away this weekend is false.

Law enforcement have arrested 2 in #Cville Saturday: Algenon F. Cain, 28, of Red Springs, NC for trespassing & John P. Miska, 64, of Albemarle Co., Va., for disorderly conduct. Each released on a misdemeanor summons. (No mug shots taken for misdemeanors in VA). #ResilientCville
